About us
Fred Heipp founded the agency in 1962. His daughter, Debbie Malaga, now co-owns the business with Fred. The agency was at the same location for 30 years, changing from a small upstairs suite, to a main level storefront. In 2011, the agency moved to their own free-standing building. Fred has over 50 years of experience in the insurance industry and 40+ have been representing Safeco as their leading carrier. Fred has received an award of excellence from Safeco for many successive years for service to the company and his customers. Debbie has 35+ years experience and has also received several awards for outstanding customer service.
