2 ways to update referral status<\/h2>\n

When you receive a referral from TrustedChoice.com, the information about the prospect is displayed on your account\u2019s\u00a0Prospects<\/strong>\u00a0tab<\/a>. You can update a referral\u2019s status there, or directly from the referral alert email we send you.<\/p>\n

If you don\u2019t provide feedback after a few days, you will get a feedback reminder email that also contains a link to update the status.<\/p>\n

No matter how you get there, follow these steps to provide feedback from your Account Dashboard:<\/h3>\n

  1. Log in to your account<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Access your list of opportunities by selecting “Opportunities” from the Opportunities<\/strong> menu<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the referral you’d like to update from the list<\/li>\n
  4. Click the\u00a0Update Status<\/em>\u00a0button.<\/li>\n
  5. Choose your status:\n

    1. If you\u2019re actively working the prospect,<\/strong>\u00a0you can select options such as \u201cIn Progress\u201d or \u201cQuote Sent\u201d. Be sure to come back periodically to update the status as the prospect moves through your sales pipeline.<\/li>\n
    2. If you won the business,<\/strong>\u00a0select \u201cBound Prospect\u201d and then provide as much detail as possible about the policies sold. The more detail, the better.<\/li>\n
    3. If the referral didn\u2019t work out for you,<\/strong>\u00a0select \u201cUnable to Service\u201d and then select a reason why.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      We review the feedback you provide periodically. The more information you provide about the referrals you receive,\u00a0the smarter we can make Appetite Engine\u2122 to provide your better leads over time.<\/p>\n

      Get a full referral snapshot<\/h2>\n

      Your Advantage account\u2019s Opportunities <\/b>list is also the place to view a snapshot of all the referrals you have received from TrustedChoice.com and to quickly see what opportunities need your attention.<\/p>\n
