Contract Bond Agency (CBA) began business in 1991 as a contract surety only agency. The founding partners, Fred Thetford and Tom Young, had previously accumulated over 20 years each in the banking industry. That experience proved invaluable, dovetailing into the contract surety bond business. As our business grew our clients requested that we offer commercial property and casualty products. We answered those requests in 2012 by launching our P&C line of business.
CBA has always, and continues, to place service to our valued clients as our number one priority. We are proud of the excellent reputation we have developed over 30 years of service to our clients. We promise to strive to maintain that reputation into the future.
