About us
Overacre Insurance Agency has been serving Southern Idaho since 1978. After both working many years in the insurance industry, Sam and Flora Overacre followed their dream and opened Overacre Insurance Agency. The agency began in the living room of their modest home in Kimberly with only one company appointment. They quickly out grew the accommodations and moved to an office on Main Street. In 1990 they brought their son and daughter in-law into the family business. David and Christina Overacre have now been with the company over 30 years. That same year, having again grown out of the office on Main Street, the agency was moved to their current location at 119 Center Street East in Kimberly. Sam and Flora were both able to later retire and enjoyed traveling, and spending time with family and friends. They have both since passed on, but their spirit and legacy still drive the work we do everyday. We have always been focused on providing top notch personal service to our clients. We take the time to know our clients and their needs, providing insurance protection designed to meet their specific goals. As an Independent Trusted Choice Agency, we take pride knowing that we work for our clients, not an insurance company. Having options to choose from is important to finding the the right fit.
