The Best Independent Insurance Agency in the Greater Philadelphia area
Humphries Insurance Group started as a scratch agency in Oreland, PA on May 1, 2000. At the start, the agency didn't have any clients; today we have over 4000. In 2016 we purchased Sorella Insurance Services, doubling the size of our agency. This acquisition increased our staff to allow us to better serve our customers with providing personal and business insurance solutions.
Our team of insurance advisors make it their business to know your world inside and out. They are there to help you through all the changes in your life and your business, whether you're going from renting an apartment to buying a home, adding a partner to your business, getting married, renovating your home or adding a teen driver to your auto policy.
Because we're independent, our priority is you - not the insurance company. We represent various standard carriers looking for the best personal and commercial lines customers, and we have several carriers that cater to those individuals and companies that may have claims issues and are a little harder to place. Our goal is to keep you covered at a competitive rate.
Our agency motto is the same as Erie Insurance; to provide our policyholders with as near perfect protection and as near perfect service, as is humanly possible and to do so at the lowest possible cost.
