Established in 2005, Worthy Insurance was founded on the need to do business differently, hoping it could be done right when approached with integrity. Having personal insight on insurance for healthcare and manufacturing helped us know what a business would want from an Insurance Broker. Having gone through negative experiences in the past, the founders felt it was time to put honesty, transparency, and reliability back into the insurance industry. Through their businesses and those of family and friends, they saw the need for a different type of agency.
Based on these beliefs, Worthy began looking for creative solutions individualized to each business's unique needs. It has always been essential for us to find the right coverage at the right price for our clients. If we cannot offer a specific coverage, we are transparent with our clients and refer them to a firm that would be better suited to service them. Our tagline is "Honesty is the best policy... who's writing yours?" and that's not just a catchy play on words; it is a deep-seated belief that if we are honest and try to do the right thing for our clients that we cannot and will not fail. We take pride in being true advocates for our clients and strive to educate and learn from them with every interaction.
