After submitting a simple claim, no mail/email for 7+ days. At least confirm you have received the claim? Tried to contact them via phone. 40 min on hold between departments. Tried chat, 30 min to be transferred to another **** that dropped the chat. Truly high level of incompetence.

Terrible Insurance/Terrible Customer Service. Advertise to your job that they cover annuals at 100% but do not note what isn't covered that is part of a basic annual check up. Causing me to pay $150.00 out of pocket with multiple visits upcoming. When I called they basically told me there's nothing they can do about it and also don't know what or how much they will cover of a visit even when telling them what I would have done. Terrible customer service do not know anything about their own company, terrible communication and language skills.

My husband waiting over a month for Long-Term Disability, no communication. 5 weeks now and still have not paid him. Excuse is lady has been on vacation. Was told funds would be there May 23rd still not in there. Never can get ahold of anyone no one calls to follow up.

Absolutely terrible! It's been a month I filed my short term disability claim. Was told by HR at work since it's maternity leave related, it would be approved within 7 days. Forget it!!! A month has passed, My doctor and HR provided all info right away and Guardian is still sitting on it! What a great way to "enjoy" maternity leave when your wages are being held up by these crooks. The company and their entire claim approval process must be audited. What they're doing is criminal. 

Put up such a fuss with my short-term disability claim. The took forever to process the claim and then came back and said that it doesn't meet the 7 consecutive non working day requirement. They pushed back as much as possible. Very unhappy.'s Final Review
