I called Markel and they were very understanding. It took me nearly a week to gather all of my 300 supporting documents showing contracts, invoices, cancelled checks, emails from 30 vendors. Markel approved my claim within a few days and I received a check a week later. They reimbursed me 100% less the deductible for all of my non-refundable deposits. “It's simple, I needed full coverage motorcycle insurance.
