Trusted Choice's Titan Insurance Score

3 Stars

We award Titan Insurance a final rating of three out of five stars. The insurance company is one of the younger carriers around today, with just under 10 years since its formation. In that time, Titan Insurance has received a good rating through AM Best. The carrier is not currently rated or accredited by the Better Business Bureau, though.

Titan Insurance only offers coverage in one state but provides a myriad of insurance products for customers of all kinds. Customer feedback also seems to be largely positive, which automatically gives the carrier higher marks in our books.

Titan Insurance was founded in 2015. The insurance company offers a wide variety of coverage solutions for individuals and businesses, including home insurance, high-net-worth insurance, crime insurance, pet insurance, earthquake insurance, and more.

Titan Insurance is an independent insurance agency, meaning its agents can provide a more comprehensive and personalized experience for insurance customers of all kinds. The insurance company currently has just two locations, both in Massachusetts.

The carrier's official website could use a bit more detail about the carrier’s claims process, rates, and discounts. Titan Insurance would also benefit from adding 24/7 phone claims reporting.

All in all, however, we say that if you’re located in the area and in need of one of their many coverage solutions, don’t hesitate to check out Titan Insurance with your independent insurance agent to be your next trusted carrier. You may just want to survey some additional options at the same time.

What Discounts Does Titan Insurance Offer?

Titan Insurance does not make information about its specific discounts readily available. However, many insurance companies offer comparable discounts on similar products. These discounts include:

  • Safe driver discount: This is offered to auto insurance customers who have not been in an accident or had any traffic violations within a set number of years.
  • Multi-car discount: This is offered to auto insurance customers who insure more than one vehicle through a single carrier.
  • High deductible discount: This is offered to auto insurance customers who increase the deductible amount on their policies.
  • Paid-in-full discount: This is offered to auto insurance customers who pay their entire year’s premium upfront, rather than in monthly increments.
  • Safety features discount: This is offered to auto insurance customers whose vehicles come equipped with anti-theft devices, such as alarms.

An independent insurance agent can provide better discount information and premium quotes for coverage through Titan Insurance. When it comes to coverage, independent insurance agents work hard to help get you the most for your money.
