Westfield has always been great to deal with. We have been pleased with our premium payment options. It's quick and easy and notifies me when the debit occurs. Also, very pleased with the claim service when we sustained a water damage claim to our home. The adjuster worked closely with our contractor to get the floor fixed quickly and efficiently.

I have been a long time Westfield Customer, I had roof damage the required the roof to be replaced. I used a Westfield preferred contractor. There was an issue with the contractor during the repair. Because the contractor was a Westfield preferred contractor I contacted the company and they jumped right in to sure the issue was resolved quickly. I was very impressed as I was getting ready for a huge hassle. My suggestion is use the preferred program if you can... it really made a difference in my situation.
