Heritage Insurance Agency founded in 2006 by Charles Dorta a second generation insurance agent grew up right here in Naples FL. In fact, our office is located within a very short distance where he went to elementary school and played little league baseball. Growing up in the business Charlie learned the importance of insurance and the huge impact it can make on Someone's life especially in difficult circumstances. Since opening day we have always sought to treat each person that needs help with the dignity and respect that everyone deserves. We are grateful for all of our clients and do our best for them each and every day. The goal is simple "I want to treat everyone like I want someone to treat my mom when she goes somewhere". We offer all lines of property and casualty insurance specializing in home, auto,flood, motor home-rv, motorcycle, umbrella, golf cart, renters, business owners policies. We also have a lot of experience with home based businesses. Importantly, we will also do our best to take the time necessary to fully understand your unique set of circumstances and the reasons why you need our help. While that may sound very basic, we do understand when sometimes we are just not heard and that can be frustrating.
