On her own, Shaelyn dropped by Home Depot to find out how quickly a new water heater could be installed upon purchase. Thankfully, they were running an offer same day purchase/install. We made the deadline on the day of, but only because of Shaelyn going the extra mile for us!! Great to work with!!! "
