"Yana Long has been helping me purchase insurance for my home and autos for several years now. She is always incredibly responsive, professional, and friendly on the phone and her diligence in looking after my insurance needs is incredible. When I renewed my home owners policy a few months ago, Yana took the initiative to inform me of an additional "service line" endorsement and strongly advised that I add it to my policy. I didn't have a clue that such an endorsement was available nor would I have ever asked for it. While I normally don't like anything that increases my premiums, I took her advice. About five months later, I had water backing up in my basement and a plumber telling me it would be over $8,000 to fix my collapsed main service line. My financial terror was immediately assuaged by the hope that I was smart enough to trust GIA.
