"First let me just say that all of the staffers at Veritas went above and beyond to assist me. Lynn is my agent and he has been very responsive and answered all my questions. My wife and I just moved to the Johnson City area in December and we wanted to change agents to someone local. My old agent would not release me to change agents. Then when I pressed the issue, my old agent (this is another review for another time) cancelled one of my policies without my permission (Erie insurance for those of you wondering and they wouldn't do anything about it). Lynn helped me navigate the mess this person (and Erie Insurance) put me in. Lynn quickly got my coverage restored. I highly recommend Veritas for all your insurance needs!"
