A Local and Independent Agency that Still Delivers Old-School Service
Chisholm Insurance is unlike any other insurance agent in the Metro West. We are a family-run business that is dedicated to serving the evolving insurance needs of our neighbors, friends, and fellow business owners in Wayland, MA, and beyond.
Chisholm Insurance first opened its barn doors to the public during the summer of 1977. That's right - Tom Chisholm began providing his friends and family with quality insurance from the comforts of a renovated horse barn located on Lookout Farm in Natick, Massachusetts. Over the years, Tom's team steadily grew, first with the addition of Jennifer Goodfellow, followed by his two sons, Ken and Ben Chisholm, and then, Raeanne Bancroft. This organic growth required him to graduate from his humble beginnings at the farm and set up a more permanent shop on Boston Post Road in Wayland, MA, where the team still happily resides today.
While the agency and the number of families and businesses served have grown over the years, Tom's original vision still holds true to this day: always exceed customer expectations.
