New Features:
New Advantage Subscription Offering
This year, we launched our newest subscription type: Advantage Producer! With an Advantage Producer subscription, Big “I” agents are granted open access to our Claim-it® Referrals marketplace, where they can purchase appetite-matching insurance referrals on demand.
Claim-it Warm Transfer Referrals
Independent agents with access to Claim-it now have a new referral option with Claim-it Warm Transfer Referrals. When producers claim a Warm Transfer Referral from our Claim-it marketplace, they are instantly connected with their new prospect by phone courtesy of a TrustedChoice.com operator. This allows agents to start cultivating a relationship with a prospect right away and heighten their service offerings and likelihood of closing.
Integration with AgencyZoom
We teamed up Vertafore to create an integration with their referrals management software, AgencyZoom. This integration allows agents to view and manage all of their insurance referrals—including those from TrustedChoice.com—in one place. Enhancements to Business Radius
Advantage Professional and Advantage Producer subscription holders can now increase or decrease their preferred business radius with the distance settings in their ‘Agency Profile’ tab accessible through their Agent Portal. Agents can limit their radius to as little as one mile away from their physical agency location or expand their radius to up to 250 miles from their agency location. Additionally, agents who are licensed to sell in multiple states can indicate so on their Advantage profile and be recommended to prospects across state lines. This can also be applied to their Claim-it access, allowing agents to claim high-intent, on-demand referrals in multiple states.
New and Improved Help Desk
We updated our Help Desk to help agents better navigate help articles on subscription types, Advantage basics, Claim-it, best practices and integration guides. Agents can also find an FAQ section at the bottom of the Help Desk directory to quickly find answers to their profile questions.
