The primary purpose of Aegis Agency is to provide outstanding insurance services to businesses.
Preferred clients of Aegis are construction contractors, restaurants, and other business owners.
Insurance operations of Aegis's Principal (Mark Smith, II) began in the 1980's in his families insurance business. Mark was first licensed in 1996 and has focused on commercial lines ever since. In 1999, Mark received a direct appointment from a national carrier and began producing business as a captured agent. This relationship ended in the fall of 2010 and after appeasing a non-compete clause, Aegis Agency began operations.
The years have brought considerable knowledge and skills in the insurance industry.
