"We hadnt received our insurance cards for our cars and the current ones expire Oct.7th. I called and talked to Nicole who was super friendly!! She looked the information up and said it had gone paperless and was sent to my husbands email but we didnt get it. She was very patient and helpful and said she would send it to my email because thats the one we use and she offered to print copies out for me and nail it to me. I asked her if I could pick them up at the office Monday instead and shes said sure. I cant thank her enough for being so helpful!!! By the time I got off the phone I checked my email and she had already sent them! THANK YOU, Nicole!!!!!"
