At Southern Insurance Group we focus on making sure our clients know that we care. We do this by communicating with them through a customized communication schedule that is predetermined by the client. By doing this we are able to build long lasting relationships and offer custom tailored advice to best suit the needs of our clients.
In short, we are focused on providing a better customer experience so that our clients can purchase insurance with confidence and comfort by knowing that they have the protection they need in place. We can help our clients with a simple auto insurance policy or with complicated business insurance for a long-time established business. We have the tools at hand to help.
One of our core specialities is helping clients with home insurance. We initmately know the home insurance market in Greenville, Columbia, Charleston and the surrounding areas in South Carolina. We also have a strong client base in Georgia for both inland and coastal business.
