Tabb Agency seamlessly provided me with everything I needed and saved me a lot of money in the process. Sam Mast was proactive and took the time to explain everything and even gave me tips on how to lower and maintain my good rates which is something my last agency never did. Its comforting to know they have your back, as opposed to your wallet.

Our family has been working with Tabb Insurance for at least the last 12 years. Tabb Insurance always offers immediate and friendly service that makes you truly feel like you are being taken care of by a neighbor. Not only does our agent work hard to find us great coverage with affordable rates, but the customer service and interactions are always top notch.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Tabb insurance. Up until two and a half years ago I spent 17 years with one Insurance Company. (State Farm) I have nothing bad to say about my experience with State Farm other than the same complaint a lot of other people has made rates continue to climb and climb high. Two and a half years ago I had enough of that so the search was on. A very dear friend of mine referred Tabb insurance Agency. So I called. And thank God I did. This company has been just a little more than just a Insurance Agency to me. In the short time that we have been with tab Insurance Agency my wife and children was hit head-on in one of our vehicle. Thank God they was no major injuries but from the accident the vehicle was totaled. The police report identified the other driver at fault. But for whatever Godly reason the insurance carrier for the driver at the time refused any responsibility for any of it. And continue to deny any responsibility for well over three months. Once Tabb Insurance found out that the other company ( the one at fault) was not handling their responsibilities Tabb Insurance did their thing and made sure that me and my family Not only was we paid out for the vehicle that was totaled but made sure we were placed into a rental car so the inconvenience of our day-to-day life was taken care of. And they made sure all of this was taken care of without any increase in MY rates. Do understand that tab Insurance Agency is not the carrier for the coverage I have on my vehicles. But they are most definitely responsible for me being not only happy with the people that I do business with as well as the price that I I'm happy paying.. For anyone looking for better rates or if your just really tired of not being appreciated as a customer these are definitely your go-to guys... On behalf of my family. The Tabb Agency doesn't just take your money and forget about you. They'll periodically review your account and let you know if there's a way to save money. They're thoroughly professional and very patient, especially with an ancient Boomer like me who doesn't always understand how these newfangled computer things work.
