USAlliance is a full-service credit union that, in addition to banking services, offers a small portfolio of insurance products to its over 150,000 members. It was founded in 1966 to serve IBM employees. Today, its members include the employees of American Express, PepsiCo, and of course, IBM.
USAlliance offers vehicle insurance, home insurance, life insurance, and more through its affiliate TruStage.
USAlliance is not rated by AM Best, and several of the credit union branches receive a "D-" rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) due to a high volume of complaints.
We award USAlliance a final rating of three out of five stars. USAlliance is not rated by AM Best and has a negative rating from the BBB.
