"Swyfft response! I called Swyfft Insurance on the day of water damage in my home and they responded within an hour. They sent someone to inspect the water damage that afternoon and the next day the drying process began. An adjuster came to the house after the drying and made an estimate of repairs. 60 days later, my claim was approved and we began the process of interviewing contractors for home repairs. The claims adjuster was readily available by phone and email for questions, concerns and explanation of the claims process, even after the claim approval. “Could not ask for a better customer service experience than I have with Swyfft. In the matter of a year, we have had 2 unfortunate claims from a house my wife and I bought. Not only did they assess the damage on the first claim extremely fast, when we gave them the estimate from our contractor that was a substantial amount higher than the initial estimate, they approved it within 48 hours and the check was on its way. Claim #2, a burst pipe in the wall that ruined the kitchen ceiling and the only way to get to it was through the bathroom wall on the 2nd floor, sent them an estimate from our contractor and even had the contractor take the price down a tad on our own because we didn't want to take advantage of a company that treated us well. Claim approved and check sent out within 48 hours again.
