“I did my homework and National Life is coming up with the best benefits compared to the other insurance companies. I personally have a $1 million dollar life policy with National Life. I also want to share a testimony of one of my close friend who was diagnosed with cancer and actually is now cancer free was able to access a large sum of money from his policy. He only became a policy holder for two years. This is why I bought my policy with National Life Group because I have option of using the life insurance benefits if I become ill or injured. National Life Group must be doing something right if they are in business for 171 years. They are also A rated.”

“By far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I cancelled my policy with them online. Called after one week to be told the automated system did not send out the forms. It will be 7-10 days for me to receive the forms. 14 days later I get them, fill them out and fax them back with a voided check attached. That way I figured I would help move things faster. After 14 more days I called and they tell me yes we have your paper work and its being processed, could take up to 30 days. Now after almost eight weeks I email them again to find out they have not even processed it yet. Now they tell me they will put a rush on it. Supposedly its being processed today. Eight weeks to cancel a policy and receive my money back. Will update if and when I get my money back. DO NOT USE THEM.”

Reviews seem to fall largely on the negative side, with customers mainly reporting frustration with getting in contact with the carrier, and not receiving the coverage they were promised.
