SageSure Customer Reviews
|Better Business Bureau
|If I could give them ZERO STARS I would!!! When I bought my first house and had a leaky roof weeks after moving in, they DENIED my claim and cancelled my policy after trying to dispute their denial. I called almost on a weekly basis because no one would answer my phone calls or emails. Once I did get ahold of someone I was passed around because they didn't 'handle my case' anymore. Yet the next week they would. Would NEVER use them again and I will tell everyone I know.
|Better Business Bureau
|This company took our payment and then less than a month later decided that our home was "too isolated" even though you can see two neighbors from our newly constructed home and, when the rest of the lots are sold and built out, there will be 3 more neighbors visible. They refuse to refund our initial payment and keep adjusting their excuses on why.
|My agent was extremely helpful throughout the process of applying for new homeowners coverage. Your company was highly recommended.
|I was referred to this insurance company by my mortgage company. I had a policy within 24 hours. Signing forms was done online-it was quick and easy.
|It looks like I'm not alone in the one month cancelation notice club. Feels a bit dishonest on their part. Not sure if this is some kind of scam they're running, or what?
TrustedChoice.com's Final Review
We award SageSure Insurance Managers a final rating of 2 out of 5 stars. The insurance company is fairly young, with about 15 years' of experience in the industry. The carrier is not rated by AM Best and is not accredited by the BBB. They have a couple of complaints filed against them through the BBB already.
Customer feedback for SageSure is also highly mixed, with a large volume of concerning, negative reviews. Their product catalogue is also highly limited to a couple types of homeowners insurance and business owners policies. Their extended customer service hours and 24/7 claims reporting are nice features, however.
Overall, we recommend working together with an independent insurance agent to survey several options to be your next trusted carrier. You might want to skip looking into SageSure if consistently positive customer feedback and several coverage options are important to you.
