|If I could give them ZERO STARS I would!!! When I bought my first house and had a leaky roof weeks after moving in, they DENIED my claim and cancelled my policy after trying to dispute their denial. I called almost on a weekly basis because no one would answer my phone calls or emails. Once I did get ahold of someone I was passed around because they didn't 'handle my case' anymore. Yet the next week they would. Would NEVER use them again and I will tell everyone I know.|

|This company took our payment and then less than a month later decided that our home was "too isolated" even though you can see two neighbors from our newly constructed home and, when the rest of the lots are sold and built out, there will be 3 more neighbors visible. They refuse to refund our initial payment and keep adjusting their excuses on why.|
