I'm a client from this company and this has been the worst disgusting awful terrible horrible and full of nonsense and lies company I have ever had to deal in this world. They crashed from another company not being my fault and equity not having to do anything instead of helping me fight my case they decided to end my police for no reason. I got this policy because it had the best rates I could find but then I was in a no fault accident. I immediately reported it and was told the adjuster would call me. It took him 2 days to call and leave a message. Every time I tried to return his call I would be transferred to his voicemail, leave a message and he would never call me back. It took over a week to get ahold of him. All this time I was without transportation because my car had been totaled, and if friends had not helped me out with rides, I would have lost my job because I had no way to get there.

Horrible company. Took over 6 months to process my claim when I was reared-ended. Took 3 months for them to send me a check then it ended up having the wrong name! 3 more months later they finally sent me a corrected check. Not even cheaper than other companies.
