We've always had Wright Flood Insurance and wouldn't choose anyone else. We haven't had to file a claim but their rates are competitive and their customer service is excellent.

Flooded once and they were out the next day to assess. The adjuster was very thorough and gave us a lot more money to replace damages than I ever expected.

I closed on a new home and my home was zoned in a flood zone, by mistake so I got insurance through this company, and then received the correct doc from the builders and FEMA stating I'm not in a flood zone, I faxed over the map and the doc from FEMA to canceled the insurance, which I did on the 9th of October, and I e-signed documents to cancel, just to find out today, that they did not cancel my insurance and states they have to do a recheck, this is ridiculous, even my mortgage company received the same doc and sent me out a letter stating I did not need flood insurance. I will never use them again or refer this company.

This is flood insurance. I don't like that I have to have it, but since it's required I'm glad I went with Wright Flood. They have excellent customer service especially after a big storm when they are needed most.
